We have a dedicated team of Carers who are ready to meet your needs. Here are some of the areas in which we are proud of the high quality of Carer service which we provide:

All our Carers are fully trained

This includes First Aid, Health & Safety, Moving & Handling, Food Hygiene, Medication Awareness etc.

Police checks are carried out on all Carers during the recruitment process
This is known as a Disclosure & Barring Service (formerly known as the Criminal Records Bureau) – Enhanced Disclosure and must be carried out by law

How it works
Once you get in touch with a member of the Amily Homecare team, we will guide you through every step of the process.
Step 1: Phone Us
A friendly, understanding person will be on the other end of the line to answer your questions about getting professional homecare.
Step 2: Proposal
We will send you a draft proposal outlining our costs and how we intend to meet your needs based on the information you provide us.
Step 3: Let’s Meet
We arrange a consultation at your home where we then gather detailed information about your needs and can arrange for you to meet your intended Carer if you choose to.
Step 4: Home Care
When your Carer and a schedule for your support is in place, your care period will then begin!
